These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lawn Rescue Co. LLC website and the lawn care services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Lawn Rescue Co. provides lawn and property services including mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, pine straw, and related cleanups in Brunswick County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after we assess the property.
Quotes, scheduling, and payment
- Quotes are estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing or by agreement.
- We schedule recurring and one-time services by agreement. We make every effort to keep our schedule; weather and conditions outside our control may cause adjustments.
- Payment is due as stated on your invoice or agreement. Late or unpaid balances may pause service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Repeated access issues or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee as communicated to you.
Property access and responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to identify hazards, irrigation, pet areas, or items needing protection. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden objects not disclosed to us.
Photos
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we not use images of your property, just let us know.
Warranties and disclaimer
We take pride in our work and stand behind it. Except as expressly agreed, services are provided "as is," and we make no guarantee of specific results, as lawn health depends on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawn Rescue Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute between you and Lawn Rescue Co. is subject to our Arbitration Agreement, which includes a class action waiver. Please read it carefully.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
